This Privacy Policy describes how Vekora (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our Platform as a Service (PaaS) and related services (the “Services”). This document focuses on how we handle your personal information. For details regarding the security of our infrastructure, please refer to our Security Policy. For information on how we handle data you host on our platform (“Customer Data”), please refer to our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

  • Account Information: When you create an account, we collect identifiers such as your name, email address, password, and organization name.
  • Billing Information: We collect payment details and billing addresses to process transactions. Actual credit card numbers are processed by our secure payment providers and are not stored on our servers.
  • Support Inquiries: Information included in support tickets or direct communications with our team.
  • Usage Logs: We collect metadata about your interaction with the PaaS, including API requests, IP addresses, browser types, and timestamps, to ensure platform stability.

Content, code, and databases you deploy or store on our PaaS are considered “Customer Data.” We process this data solely in accordance with your instructions as outlined in our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and Terms of Service. We do not access Customer Data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

We use your personal information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the PaaS.
  • Process payments and send invoices.
  • Send technical notices, security alerts, and administrative messages.
  • Respond to your comments and support requests.
  • Investigate and prevent unauthorized access or illegal activities, in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and Security Policy.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Subprocessors: We use third-party vendors to provide infrastructure, billing, and support services. A current list of these vendors is maintained in our Subprocessor List.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
  • Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with Services. We may retain specific data after account closure to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our Terms of Service.

We believe that privacy rights are fundamental, regardless of where you live. We extend the following rights to all users, regardless of location or jurisdiction:
